Pricing
What you pay depends on the size of your community and who looks after it for you. Here's how it works, so nothing on a bill is ever a surprise.
How pricing works
Set up your estate yourself in about five minutes, with no setup fee and no hardware to buy.
A monthly price based on how many homes are in your community. You get it as a quote, from us or from your partner.
When a resident pays online, a small service and payment fee is added on top. They see it before they pay. The estate keeps every naira it bills.
What's included
Collecting money and running your homes is all included. Add-ons are the extras we pay other providers for, such as WhatsApp, SMS and email, so you only take them if you want them.
When a resident pays
The estate receives the billed amount in full. Fees are never taken out of the estate's money.
Who sets your price
Estates, CDAs, compounds and landlords can sign up themselves. Tell us how many homes you have and we'll send a quote.
Many property managers and facility firms offer BreeUp under their own name. They set their own prices and may include it with the services they already provide. Ask them for their rates.
Included
Start with the base plan. Add what you need, when you need it.
